Marriage Certificate

A power of attorney can be issued same day if all the requirements are met.

Entry Permit

Afghans with dual citizenship will require an entry permit to travel to Afghanistan.

Document Validation/Attestation

Following documents can be validated/attested: Birth certificate, driving license, marriage certificate, inheritance certificate, Tazkira, etc.

The General Consulate of Afghanistan provides consular services, supports Afghan nationals, and promotes diplomatic and economic relations with the host country. It issues passports and visas, assists in emergencies, and facilitates trade and investment. Operating under the Afghan Embassy, it reports to Afghanistan's Ministry of Foreign Affairs.

To apply, complete the application form available on our website. Submit it along with required documents, such as a valid passport, photos, and fees, either in person or by mail. We will process your application and notify you of the outcome via email or phone.

The processing time typically ranges from 5 to 10 business days, depending on the service requested and the completeness of your application. Expedited services may be available for an additional fee.

The consulate is open Monday to Friday, from 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM, except on public holidays. For specific services, it's recommended to schedule an appointment in advance.
